This notice explains what we collect through the SchoolOptimize contact form and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, school or organization, the area you want to improve, your preferred reply method, and any details you add about the current situation.
How we use it
We use this information only to understand your enquiry, respond to you, arrange a conversation when requested, and consider whether SchoolOptimize can help. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Form processing
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, which sends the submission to SchoolOptimize by email and provides spam protection. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Its own privacy terms also apply when you submit the form.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the working relationship, and meet legitimate business or legal requirements. You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information.
